These reliable black-colored stools feature a sturdy frame of 18-gauge steel tubing securely welded to a 14" diameter seat pan. Riveted to the pan are firm, round Masonite seats that will not warp, chip or crack as they provide years of dependable use. Footrest rings are securely bonded to each leg with four spot well contact points.

Our heavy-duty black steel stool is versatile, dependable, and sturdy, making it a popular choice for industrial and educational settings, particularly in art and science classrooms, as well as for use as a bar or shop stool. The stool is expertly constructed with a high-grade 18-gauge steel tubing frame, ensuring durability and quality. The seat pan Masonite board is recessed into the pan with 8 rivets and will not chip or crack, and the foot rings are welded to each leg by 4 contact points for added rigidity.

The stool is 18" in height, appropriate for seating at a 30" table. The 7/8" thick tubing on the frame is made using 18 gauge steel, and the large, comfortable seat is a full 14" in diameter, with an 11 1/2" diameter Masonite board recessed into the pan. The lower legs protrude slightly to properly stabilize the stool, and the outer diameter of the legs is 5/8".

For easy maneuverability, the stool is equipped with non-marring polypropylene glides, which prevent scratching of the flooring and ensure a smooth and fast glide around the room for easy setup and storage.
