The National Public Seating 600 Series steel frame blow molded resin plastic seat and back folding chair is designed with features that make it suitable for a variety of institutional temporary seating applications. The chair has a black, 19 gauge, 7/8" tubular steel "Y-frame" structure, with a red plastic seat and backrest, and welded front and rear leg cross braces for stability. The steel frame is powder coated for corrosion resistance and includes a brace that supports the plastic seat for strength, accommodating up to 300 lb. of static weight.

The blow molded plastic seat and backrest are UV protected to withstand outdoor use, and the replaceable polypropylene glides help protect floor surfaces. Plastic plugs at the top of the back legs have a slot shaped to hold the frame and add stability. The chair folds for efficient storage, fitting closely to another of its kind when folded, with dimensions of 42 1/2"H x 18 3/4"W x 3"D.
